Summary
The Client Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in driving growth by building strong relationships with
prospective and existing customers while providing exceptional service and tailored solution recommendations.This position is responsible for actively presenting and promoting company products and services, conducting detailed needs analyses, and executing high-volume outreach to generate new opportunities. The Specialist manages a full sales pipeline from lead generation through closing, while maintaining accurate documentation, reporting market insights, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment. As a commission-only position with flexible scheduling, the Client Solutions Specialist has the autonomy to manage their workload while consistently meeting sales targets, supporting business growth, and creating a positive experience for every customer.

Essential Functions/Primary Job Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and email during normal business hours for your clients
demographic.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Activity Expectations
• Minimum 40–60 outbound calls per day.
• Minimum 40–50 emails per day.
• Maintain consistent weekly activity to drive predictable revenue
• Weekly pipeline review and goal-tracking meeting.

Preferred Qualifications
• High School Diploma / GED
• 2 years minimum prior experience in sales (preferred)
• Strong customer service, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing KPIs and SLA reporting.
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Documenting the progress of a customer’s pipeline from start to finish while updating account information
accurately and efficiently.

Tiered Commission Structure
100% Commission (Uncapped)
Profit Margin per Sale Monthly Sales Volume Tier Level Commission % on Profit

0 – 20% Profit <$25,000 Tier 1 6%
21 – 35% Profit $25,001 – $50,000 Tier 2 8%
36 – 50% Profit $50,001 – $100,000 Tier 3 10%
> 50% Profit $100,001+ Tier 4 12%

Performance Multipliers
• New Client Bonus:
+1% Commission on profit from 10 New Accounts
+2% Commission on profit from 12 New Accounts
+3% Commission on profit from 15+ New Accounts

• Quarterly Goal Bonus:
+5% of total quarterly commissions if the sales target is met or exceeded.

Physical Requirements
Use hands to manipulate, handle, feel, and control items or equipment; talk and hear; see and be able to read, write, and interpret written documents; occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Must be able to meet these requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have direct hiring or disciplinary authority.

Work Environment
This is a professional ofice environment. You will routinely utilize standard ofice equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a commission-only contact position and hours of work and days are at the Client Solution Specialist’s discretion as the position is a results-oriented role. The person in this role can work as little or as much as needed to accomplish their sales goals.

Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, but occasional out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be needed to visit clients and prospective clients.
