- Brand Development: We finalized our name, logo, colors, and tagline, ensuring a consistent identity from day one.
- Operating Agreement: We put in writing the responsibilities, equity splits, and decision-making processes for our three founding partners.
- Core Values & Mission: Defined the five values and the mission statement that will guide every decision we make.
