đź’™ Giving Back

Doing good business means doing good—period.

At TrueNorth Solutions, we believe success is about more than profit—it’s about making a difference. From day one, our company was built on the idea that business should serve a higher purpose. That’s why we’ve embedded giving back directly into our model by donating a portion of our business earnings to mission-driven 501(c)(3) organizations.

Why it matters

When you work with TrueNorth, you’re not just improving IT—you’re helping fuel community impact.

Client Value

Our clients save money

We focus on practical IT decisions and cost-aware solutions designed to maximize value and reduce waste.

Shared Impact

Our partners grow stronger

We support mission-driven organizations and programs that strengthen communities and create opportunity.

Bigger Purpose

Together, we fund what matters

Education, technology access, youth services, health initiatives, and other community-driven causes.

How it works

Every four months, TrueNorth Solutions donates a portion of our business earnings to support community-driven causes. But we don’t just write checks—we make it personal.

Each donation cycle reflects the values of our founding team. A different founder selects the nonprofit each cycle so our giving remains intentional, diverse, and connected to real stories and real outcomes.

Step 1

We align on the giving cycle and confirm eligibility (501(c)(3)).

Step 2

A founder selects a cause based on community impact and mission fit.

Step 3

We donate a portion of our earnings for that cycle to the selected organization.

Step 4

We share the story (when appropriate) and keep building momentum into the next cycle.

Current focus: Strong Start Initiative

Right now, our giving is centered on the Strong Start Initiative—a nonprofit that empowers underserved high school athletes by removing barriers to success both on and off the field. We’re proud to support programs that build confidence, resilience, and opportunity for the next generation.

What Strong Start supports

Helping student-athletes thrive in every aspect of life.

Core program areas

  • Financial assistance for equipment and facility access
  • Tutoring and academic support to help athletes excel in the classroom
  • Camps and clinics that strengthen both athletic and leadership skills
  • Mental health resources that build resilience and confidence
  • Mentorship and coaching support that extends beyond the game

Our shared goal

Through this partnership, we’re helping ensure that no student-athlete is left behind because of financial hardship or lack of resources. Together, we’re empowering the next generation to rise—on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

If you’re a nonprofit organization and your mission aligns with community impact, we’d love to hear your story for future cycles.

Thank you
